Built by Lazy Penguin Studios, a three-person indie team, Rush B is the first management sim to treat tactical FPS esports with the depth the scene deserves.
Rush B: Esports Manager is a tactical FPS esports management simulation developed by Lazy Penguin Studios, a three-person independent studio. The game puts players in the role of an esports organisation director tasked with building a competitive dynasty from the ground up.
At its core, Rush B is a deep management sim built for fans who actually know the scene. Every transfer decision, contract negotiation, and tactical choice carries weight across a full competitive season.
The game models the economics of running a real esports organisation: sponsorship deals, merchandise revenue, and the constant balancing act between ambition and budget. About the Developer
Lazy Penguin Studios
Lazy Penguin Studios is a three-person independent game studio building systems-rich games for underserved gaming communities. The studio was founded out of a shared frustration: deep management simulations exist for football, cricket, and baseball, but nothing in the tactical FPS esports space came close to capturing the real experience of running a competitive organisation.
Rush B: Esports Manager is the studio's first title. The team builds in public, sharing development progress and incorporating community feedback throughout production. The studio operates with a clear philosophy: players in underserved genres are the most dedicated fans in gaming, and they deserve a game that respects their intelligence.
